Seeking a US based virtual assistant to primarily assist with the travel and accommodation requirements of our US sales based team.
You will be responsible for researching accommodation, booking travel, other reservations and putting together a brief overview of the towns and cities when required. Entering expenses into our management software.
We estimate this will be about 10 hours/week however could go to 15 hours some weeks depending on our sales teams needs.

Rates per hour are negotiable as we are looking for the right fit and a long term relationship with our company.
